Roadmap
Career Plan
My long-term goal is to start and run my own company. I'm drawn to building something from the ground up, making the decisions, and being responsible for whether it works. I don't have every detail figured out yet, and I'm okay with that. Right now I'm focused on learning the fundamentals of how businesses actually operate so that when the right idea and timing line up, I'm ready to act on it.
My academic path is built around that goal. I'm finishing my Associate of Arts at the College of Central Florida, then transferring into a business program to study things like strategy, marketing, and finance. I'm interested in eventually adding a legal background too, since understanding contracts and business law would make me a stronger founder. Each step is meant to give me a wider set of tools instead of locking me into one narrow track too early.
I already get a feel for entrepreneurship through my own projects. I build and sell custom hardware accessories, work hands-on with technology, and I've helped out at my family's business, so I know what it looks like when someone has to own the outcome. Wrestling taught me the same lesson in a different way: you put in the work quietly and you're accountable for the result. I'm comfortable not knowing exactly what my company will be yet, because I'd rather build the skills and judgment first and let the specific idea come into focus as I learn more.
